You will own the infrastructure that handles over 10,000 executions per minute, ensuring stability, scalability, and data integrity. You will work with a modern stack on Google Cloud Platform, utilizing Cloud Functions and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Data Scoring: Design and implement pipelines that utilize LLMs to analyze and score identity data in real-time. You will integrate AI models directly into the decision-making loop, balancing accuracy with latency and cost.
• Own the Data Architecture: Architect scalable data solutions using GCP and Python. You will manage data storage and retrieval using BigQuery and Apache Iceberg to support querying of TBs of data.
• Heavy Data Processing: Utilize Apache Spark for data transformations and batch processing when lightweight cloud functions are not enough.
• Manage High-Load Orchestration: Maintain and optimize our system instances. It involves complex dataflows, custom Python nodes, and performance tuning for 10k+ execs/minute.
• Release Lifecycle (CI/CD): Take ownership of the deployment process, ensuring that updates to pipelines and infrastructure are released safely with proper testing and rollback strategies.
• Database Optimization: Manage PostgreSQL performance under heavy load, optimizing complex queries and indexing strategies.
• Active AI Usage: Use Claude Code and other AI engineering tools to accelerate your own development, refactoring, and testing processes.
• Incident Resolution: Proactively monitor the system. When alerts fire, you investigate the root cause—whether it’s a database lock or an LLM hallucination—and fix it permanently.
   

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend Engineering with a strong data focus.
• Production AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into production applications via API. You understand latency, token limits, and how to structure data for AI scoring.
• Expertise in GCP: Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, IAM, Networking).
• Strong Python: You write clean, efficient, and testable code. You are comfortable building custom logic where standard tools fall short.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on one of our new AI–native squads, you will own entire features from database to UI. Our stack runs on AWS with PHP/Laravel and Node.js/NestJS powering the backend services, and React with TypeScript on the frontend. What you'll be doing

You'll work as part of a cross-functional team to build and maintain full-stack features — from crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces to designing scalable server-side architecture and APIs. Our frontend stack includes React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, SCSS, Material-UI, and Webpack. On the backend, we work with Node.js, Express, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, JWT, Socket.IO, AWS (DynamoDB, S3, EC2), Firebase, and Heroku. We also integrate with third-party services such as Twilio, SendGrid, Google Maps, MapBox, and WebRTC.

What we're looking for

Frontend

• Solid experience with React and modern React hooks
• Confident use of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Experience with Redux or other state management tools
• Ability to build responsive, cross-browser compatible layouts

Backend

• Solid hands-on experience with Node.js
• Practical experience with Express.js and/or NestJS
• Experience working with ORM tools
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases

About the role

EducateMe is an LMS built for US-based companies that take employee training seriously. Our customers use EducateMe to onboard new hires, upskill teams, and run compliance programs — but getting them to do all of that well requires more than a good product. It requires someone who can sit alongside them, understand their training goals, and help them build something that actually works.

That's this role. You'll own the post-sale customer relationship end-to-end — from onboarding SQL accounts to running ongoing check-ins, creating enablement content, and keeping customers educated enough to get real value from the platform. 
 

What you'll do:
 

• Own onboarding for new customers — run discovery calls to understand their use case, build tailored onboarding plans, and get them to first value fast
• Manage ongoing customer relationships — run regular check-ins, track adoption and engagement, spot churn risks early, and run upsell/expansion conversations
• Consult on training programs — help customers design effective learning experiences inside EducateMe: course structure, content strategy, learner journeys
• Create customer-facing content — write guides, record Loom walkthroughs, run occasional webinars, and contribute to the EducateMe knowledge base
• Be the voice of the customer internally — surface product gaps, document recurring pain points, and collaborate with the product team on roadmap priorities
• Support sales discovery — join late-stage sales calls to provide L&D credibility and help prospects understand how EducateMe fits their training workflow

• Customer-facing experience — CSM, account management, or customer onboarding, ideally in SaaS. You're comfortable owning a book of business.
• Strong communicator — clear writer, confident on video calls, equally good async and live.

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with experience in payments, fintech, or iGaming environments to support merchants and partners with payment-related inquiries and operational issues.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with the Payments, Risk, and Finance teams to investigate transactions, resolve payment issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to merchants and partners via chat, email, Telegram, and other communication channels.
• Investigate payment-related issues, including declined, pending, or failed transactions.
• Analyze transaction statuses across internal payment gateway systems and provider platforms.
• Communicate with payment providers, banks, and partners to resolve transaction-related inquiries.
• Monitor payment performance and identify issues affecting approval rates.
