  • Maintain clear delivery visibility across strategic technology initiatives, including payments, card processing, banking integrations, liquidity, observability and platform development
  • Drive consistent adoption and continuous improvement of Engineering governance, SDLC processes, planning cadence and ways of working
  • Track and drive decisions and actions from Architecture, Technical and Execution governance forums through to resolution

  • Proven experience managing complex technical programmes across multiple Engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, APIs, integrations and distributed systems
  • Ability to navigate technical complexity and translate it into clear plans, priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations and senior technical stakeholders without direct authority
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including programme planning, dependency tracking, dashboards, reporting and governance documentation
  • Practical experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to adapt delivery practices to the needs of the organisation
  • Good understanding of SAFe, including Program/ART-level dependencies, PI Planning, backlog decomposition and ROAM-style risk management
