Technical Support Specialist (FinTech / BaaS)

We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join a European Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) product team.
This is a great opportunity to work with real-time payments, integrations, and client-facing technical support — and grow into a FinTech expert.
📌 What you’ll do
Communicate with clients via tickets and chat
Support payment gateway and transaction-related issues
Configure client integrations and system settings
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Escalate complex cases to the development team
Maintain documentation and internal knowledge base
🎯 What we’re looking for
Basic understanding of payments / card products (a plus)
Strong willingness to learn and grow in FinTech
Ability to prioritize tasks independently
Strong written communication skills
Russian — fluent, English — confident written (required)
Experience with APIs (Postman, Swagger) or willingness to learn
Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus)
