About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our affiliate marketing function for the Ukrainian market.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who deeply understands the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, has strong relationships within the industry, and knows how to build profitable affiliate partnerships from the ground up.

You will be responsible for developing the affiliate strategy, launching the affiliate program, managing key partners, driving player acquisition, and ensuring sustainable growth in the Ukrainian market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize traffic quality.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize partner results.
• Research new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Affiliate Manager experience .
• Proven experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and direct partners.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tracking and reporting tools.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPC, and CPI models.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Nice to have

• Experience in Privacy, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Subscription products.
• Existing network of affiliate partners in the VPN niche.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with VIP players via messengers and outbound calls
• Analyze player behavior and needs
