VIP Manager iGaming

We are looking for a VIP Manager to work with VIP players in the Brazilian market. We need a specialist who can build long-term relationships with players, provide a high level of service, and increase player loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VIP players through personalized communication, ongoing support, and relationship development.
• Improve player retention and engagement, and reactivate inactive users.
• Develop personalized offers, bonuses, and promotions in collaboration with the CRM and Retention teams.
• Monitor player activity and key performance indicators.
• Handle VIP player requests and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

• Experience as a VIP Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in iGaming / online casinos / betting.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide personalized service.
• Portuguese — fluent or native level.
• English — Intermediate level or higher.
• Understanding of the Brazilian market.

Nice to have: Experience working with VIP players in Brazil, CRM systems, and bonus mechanics.
