Responsibilities: Incident Response:

• Lead the investigation and response to complex security incidents, ensuring proper containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Coordinate cross-team incident response efforts, document lessons learned, and refine response strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis to determine the origin of security incidents and prevent future occurrences.
   

Security Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyse security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and other monitoring tools.
• Fine-tune alerting systems to minimize false positives and improve detection accuracy.

Log Analysis and Correlation:

Mentorship and Training:

Vulnerability and Threat Management:

• Facilitate, optimise, and produce reports on regular patching management process to ensure relevant patches are installed and vulnerabilities remediated according to compliance and internal requirements.

• Assist in providing support and resolution for scanning and vulnerability remediation reporting issues.

The Role:

What you will do:

Communicate regularly with clients using the Uniskai platform.

Check if clients are satisfied with the platform and help them use its features effectively.

Collect customer feedback about the product and user experience.

Help clients discover and use platform features and services.

Identify issues or improvement opportunities and share them with internal teams.

Coordinate technical support when needed.

Organize calls or meetings with DevOps or development teams if technical assistance is required.

Track client requests and ensure follow-up.

Your expertise:

• Experience with financial KPIs, including profit and loss (P&L) statements
• Experience in forecasting, performing what-if analyses, or building statistical models
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics or a related field
