Content Manager

We are looking for a Content Manager (SMM) to manage and grow our social media presence in a web design and development agency and on our website. You will create engaging content and visuals that reflect our projects, expertise, and brand style.

Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others).
• Develop and maintain a consistent content plan aligned with the brand voice and business goals.
• Maintain our website
• Write clear, engaging, and structured posts (captions, short-form content, storytelling).
• Create and edit visual content (posts, carousels, stories) using design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Adapt agency cases, projects, and insights into social media content.
• Ensure all content is visually consistent and aligned with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on basic analytics.
• Stay up to date with social media and design trends.

Requirements:

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar tools).
• Good understanding of visual aesthetics, composition, and modern design trends.
• Ability to work with references and transform ideas into structured content.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
