About the Role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in our Lviv office and support the company’s financial operations.

This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with military record-keeping, management reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting internal processes, and improving financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain military records: onboarding and offboarding employees, reconciliation with territorial recruitment centers, and updating employee data
• Process payroll and prepare related reports
• Manage primary accounting documentation for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (FOPs)
• Handle accounting for the charitable foundation, including documentation, procurement, shipments, and reporting
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and support financial-related requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Accountant
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets, and SharePoint
• Experience with Power BI, BAS, or QuickBooks will be a plus
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Job Title: UGC Content Manager
Overview:
We are hiring an experienced UG Content Manager to handle sourcing creators, managing
production, and delivering high-performing video ads. This is a management + execution role (not
on-camera).

Responsibilities:
- Find and recruit UGC creators (TikTok, Instagram, marketplaces, etc.)
- Write clear briefs (hooks, scripts, angles, CTAs)
- Manage creators, timelines, and content delivery
- Negotiate rates and handle payments
Review content, request revisions, and ensure qualit
Edit/finalize videos for ads (or manage editing
- Organize content and track performance
- Work with media buyers to improve creatives

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing UGC creators (must show past results)
- Strong outreach and negotiation skills
- Experience with paid social creatives (direct response)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Organized and able to manage multiple creators at once
- Familiar with Al tools for content creation/editing

Bonus:
- Experience in financial services (business loans, fintech, etc.)
- Experience scaling UG for lead generation campaigns

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems using Scala;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that meet business needs;
- Design, develop, and test software components, services, and APIs;
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code;
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, collaborate with the DevOps team;
- Working proactively on code quality, observability and best practices held across the company.

Hard Skills:

- Proficiency in Scala and its ecosystem (sbt, ZIO, PlayFramework, Sangria, and other libraries). At least 3 years of experience is desired;
- Experience with functional programming and distributed systems;
- Understanding how the JVM, JDK/JRE, and accompanying technologies work;
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL);
- Hands-on experience using Kafka;
