ERP Product Manager - Manufacturing and Warehouse areas Offline

We are looking for someone to join our Support and Product Management team. 

Main Requirements 

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal 
• Technical background or mindset 
• Knowledge of, or experience with, Resource Planning, Manufacturing Planning, or Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with implementing WMS/ERP or similar warehouse related modules
• ERP experience is an advantage 
• Experience managing software developments is an advantage 

What You Will Do 

• Owning Manufacturing/WMS modules
• Oversee the resolution of reported system errors, whether raised by customers or identified internally 
• Evaluate customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers 
• Ensure timely delivery of client developments within the estimated budget 
• Carry out business analysis: identifying problems, opportunities, and solutions for complex issues 
• Participate in ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimisation strategies 
• Manage internal R&D improvements from scoping through to delivery 
• Maintain technical documentation 

This position combines communication with customers, collaboration with Product Managers and developers, a degree of QA work, and the investigative skill needed to replicate unusual bugs.
