• Daily AI tool user — you use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for document parsing, requirements extraction, drafting, and research. Prompt engineering is part of how you work, not an experiment.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above — enough to write clear proposal content, run client Q&A sessions, and communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on with prototyping: Figma basics plus experience generating clickable UI concepts via Claude Artifacts, Lovable, Base44, Bolt, or equivalent is a strong plus.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own bid qualification decisions — screen incoming RFPs and RFIs against the Tier A–D framework and produce bid/no-bid recommendations with clear rationale.
• Drive proposal content from scratch — extract requirements, map scope gaps, flag knockout criteria, and produce BA deliverables: user stories, process flows, feature breakdowns, and assumptions logs.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs across Tech Lead, Solution Architect, PM, Legal, and HR — on a per-bid basis, under real submission deadlines.
• Lead early-stage solution visualization — create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes to illustrate proposed approaches without waiting on a designer.
• Use AI tools as a primary work layer — for document analysis, requirements extraction, prototype generation, and proposal drafting at speed.
