                              Senior CRM Retention Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM retention strategies focused on player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other communication channels.
  • Manage player segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze CRM performance using key metrics (Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, ROI, Conversion Rate) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Create and optimize promotional offers, bonus campaigns, loyalty programs, and reactivation activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BI, and Analytics teams to deliver effective retention initiatives and enhance the player experience.

     

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets.
  • Strong understanding of player retention strategies, segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotional mechanics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico will be a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM performance metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROI, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate).
  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing customer journeys based on data insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate English will be a plus
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills
