Senior AI Business Analyst\Product Owner

The design and product workflow is changing — and this role sits right at the center of that shift. You'll lead a client-facing engagement where the goal is to replace a traditional Figma-first process with an AI-native prototyping practice. That means turning live client conversations into working, interactive prototypes — not in weeks, but in the same session. It's a large-scale, high-visibility project where your ability to close the gap between requirements and validated design will directly shape delivery speed and client confidence.

Does this relate to you?

• 5–7+ years as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role on complex software delivery engagements — with a track record of owning product outcomes, not just writing requirements.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with senior non-technical stakeholders, can challenge assumptions without derailing the relationship, and know how to make that conversation land.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI-native prototyping platforms (v0, Lovable, Base44, Figma Make, Claude Artifacts, Cursor, or similar) — and a demonstrated ability to ship client-ready interactive prototypes faster than a traditional design workflow allows.
• Comfortable with prompt-driven solution design: structuring prompts, critically evaluating AI output, and knowing when to override it with deliberate design judgment.
• Senior product ownership mindset — you can define an MVP cut, say no to out-of-scope requests, and defend that decision with clear reasoning.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or above — enough to lead client sessions, write precise specifications, and represent the product confidently in writing and in conversation.
• Experience in the US healthcare domain is a strong advantage, though not a hard requirement.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own the client relationship as the senior product-side voice — leading discovery sessions, shaping decisions, and keeping design and business goals aligned throughout the engagement.
• Drive the shift from static mockups to AI-native prototyping — using tools like v0, Lovable, Figma Make, or Claude Artifacts to generate and iterate on interactive UI in real time, during client calls.
• Define and maintain the product backlog — setting priorities, making scope trade-offs, and holding the line on MVP boundaries against budget and timeline pressure.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the design and development team can act on without ambiguity.
• Coach and direct the design team toward AI-native ways of working — without slipping back into individual-contributor mode.
