Frontend Engineer - Healthcare Mobility Platform

    πŸ“ Remote / Riga / Moldova / Romania | Full-time | Product Company

    About Tecorien

Tecorien is a product development company that builds and supports mobility management platforms for US-based healthcare transportation firms. Our software powers ground transportation operations across the United States, moving millions of passengers every year through dispatch systems, driver apps, passenger booking platforms, and back-office solutions.

100+ engineers. 10+ shipped products. Long-term partnerships, not projects.

    Why This Role Exists

We need a frontend engineer who ships fast without sacrificing quality. Someone who treats AI as a multiplier, not a crutch. Who can take a Figma file and deliver a pixel-perfect, functional UI before anyone expected it. And when there's no design? Someone with enough product sense to fill the gaps and improve the experience anyway.

You'll build dashboards and operational UIs for our healthcare transportation platform: dispatcher tools, admin panels, and features that help manage thousands of rides daily.

This is a solo frontend role with high ownership. You'll collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers, but the frontend is yours.

    What You'll Do

    Build & Ship

    • Build and maintain UIs for dispatcher dashboards, admin panels, and operational features
    • Translate Figma designs into clean, functional React components
    • Integrate with backend APIs (REST, gRPC)
    • Ensure UI flows are intuitive, responsive, and performant

    Own & Improve

    • Write clean, typed, maintainable TypeScript

    AI-Augmented Development

    • Use Claude AI, Figma MCP, and other AI tools to accelerate development
    • We don't just allow AI. We expect you to leverage it intelligently
    • Ship faster, iterate quicker, maintain quality

    What You Bring

    Experience

    • 2-4 years frontend development with React and TypeScript
    • Track record of shipping production UIs: dashboards, admin tools, or complex web apps
    • Experience working from Figma designs and collaborating with designers

    Technical Skills

    • React + TypeScript - deep proficiency, not just familiarity
    • Vite - modern build tooling
    • CSS-in-JS (Emotion) + Material UI - component styling and UI library
    • Redux Toolkit and RTK Query - state management
    • REST + gRPC - API integration
    • Git, code review, CI/CD basics

    Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of principals - Playwright
    • Svelte - modern reactive framework
    • Zustand - lightweight state management
    • Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui - utility-first styling

    AI-Native Workflow

    • Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
    • Willingness to integrate AI deeply into your workflow
    • You see AI as a tool to ship better work faster, not a replacement for thinking

    Mindset

    • Ownership: You don't wait for specs to be perfect. You ship, iterate, improve.
    • Quality: Clean code matters. Readable, typed, tested.
    • Speed: You find ways to deliver faster without cutting corners.
    • Product sense: When design is missing, you make smart UX decisions, not excuses.

    Languages

    • English - fluent (written and spoken) - required
    • Russian - a plus (large part of team is Russian-speaking)

    What We Offer

    • Equipment provided
    • Paid time off
    • Training & corporate trips
    • AI tools provided and encouraged
    • Long-term product work, not project churn

    Hiring Process

    1. Intro call with recruiter
    2. Technical interview - React/TypeScript discussion, architecture questions, past work review

    No endless rounds.

    How to Apply

    Send your application with:

    1. Resume/CV
    2. Portfolio or examples: GitHub repos

    Why Tecorien

βœ“ Own the frontend - Solo role with real ownership, not ticket factory

βœ“ AI-native expected - We don't just allow AI tools, we expect you to leverage them

βœ“ Scale that matters - Millions of rides, 10+ products, US healthcare transportation

βœ“ Ship fast, ship clean - Speed and quality aren't tradeoffs here

    About the role

We are looking for a Game Artist who will bring casino games to life across multiple verticals: crash games, RNG table games, live dealer experiences, and slots. You are a "visual visionary" who understands that in iGaming, art is about "visualising the win" and building player trust through high-quality aesthetics. You will work within our specialised AI-First Art Production pipeline, using advanced tools to accelerate ideation while maintaining the "premium-by-default" quality. We value the final result and your creative thinking more than a specific software stack, as long as your output seamlessly integrates into our Figma-based workflow.

    What you’ll do

β€’Asset Creation: Design and render high-quality assets, including character sets, reel symbols, and backgrounds tailored to the game's theme.

β€’Branding & Marketing Art: Create compelling game logos and game covers (store tiles/thumbnails) that capture the player's attention in crowded lobbies.

β€’AI-First Exploration: Follow our workflow: start with AI generation for research and ideation, then use our decision tree to polish, overpaint, or finalise the output to reach professional standards.

β€’Layout & Composition: Develop visual concepts for both Landscape and Portrait orientations, ensuring proper "safe area" management for mobile and desktop.

β€’Style Fidelity: Maintain strict adherence to defined style attributes (outlines, gradients, shading, perspective) while aligning visuals with the game’s core mechanics.

β€’Figma-Centric Handoff: Ensure all final assets are correctly uploaded to the Figma project file in both raster and vector formats, ready for the design and dev teams.

    What you bring (Requirements)

    Experience & Hard Skills

β€’ 3+ years of experience in game art, illustration, or concept art (iGaming or real-money gaming Experience is a significant advantage).

β€’ Strong Academic Foundation: Deep knowledge of academic drawing, including perspective, light, and shadow, colour theory, anatomy, and composition.

β€’ Strong Portfolio: Case studies showing "game-ready" asset sheets (symbols, environments) with a focus on visual hierarchy and readability at small scales.

β€’ Flexible Software Mastery: While we primarily use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator , we are tool-agnostic. The key requirement is the ability to deliver high-quality raster and vector results directly into Figma.

β€’ AI Tool Literacy: Proficiency in using AI tools (Freepik, Midjourney, Gemini, or GPT) for rapid prototyping and assets like Recraft for efficient raster-to-vector conversion.

β€’ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of texture atlases, 9-slice guides, and asset optimisation for web/mobile performance.

β€’ English B1+: Ability to join reviews, discuss visual feedback, and document asset libraries.

    Mindset & Soft Skills

β€’ "Premium-by-Default" Mindset: A high internal quality bar for detail, logic, and visual consistency.

β€’ Efficiency: Ability to work within a timeboxed "AI-First" exploration phase before committing to manual

    adjustments.

β€’ Responsibility: Taking ownership of the visual identity for game assets, the game logo, and the game

    cover.

    Nice to have

β€’Basic knowledge of Animation principles (to better collaborate with motion designers).

β€’ Previous experience or basic understanding of Game UI/UX.

    Tools we use

β€’ Art & Design: Figma (Master tool for handoff), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Procreate.

β€’ AI Stack: Freepik AI Models, Recraft, Gemini, ChatGPT.

β€’ Project Ops: ClickUp (tasks), Slack (comms), Google Drive (delivery).

    Additional information

    β€’Location: Remote.

β€’Working Hours: Flexible 40-hour week, with mandatory availability between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM Kyiv

    time.

β€’ Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill level.

β€’ Paid Time Off: 15 working days of annual leave + 10 paid sick days.

How to apply: Please send us your CV and a link to your portfolio. We specifically look for "game-ready" asset sheets, logos, and process breakdowns (sketch β†’ AI exploration β†’ final polish).

    • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker, Helm, Skaffold, NGINX Ingress).
    • Proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform, including module development and remote state management.
    • Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or CircleCI.
    • Experience operating data services such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and Elasticsearch at scale.
    • Skilled in setting up observability and secrets management with Prometheus, Grafana and Vault.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems and Linux networking.
    • Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and enforcing security best practices.
    • Service-oriented communicator with a β€œcan-do” approach to supporting engineering teams.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with AWS Lambda, CloudFront and Route 53.
    • Familiarity with Kubernetes autoscaling tools such as Karpenter.

    Why Us:

    - We provide 20 days of vacation leave per calendar year (plus official national holidays of a country you are based in).

    - We provide full accounting and legal support in all countries we operate.

    - We utilize a fully remote work model with a powerful workstation and co-working space in case you need it.

    - We offer a highly competitive package with yearly performance and compensation reviews.

    About GenAI.Works

GenAI.Works is building the ecosystem for the next generation of AI builders, founders, and operators.

Our platform spans product discovery, education, community, and AI-native tools β€” including flagship experiences like:

    • ToneUp β€” AI-powered content and engagement tooling
    • Hackathon App β€” global competitions, submissions, judging, and community
    • Pods β€” modular learning and collaboration experiences

We are entering a major product expansion phase and are looking for a Head of UI/UX to define the design strategy, user experience, and design systems foundation across our growing suite.

This is a rare opportunity to lead design at the frontier of AI-native product development.

    About the role

This is a hands-on design leadership role at the intersection of beautiful, scalable UI systems, deep product thinking, AI-native experience design, and rapid prototyping.

You’ll own the end-to-end design vision while actively designing core workflows across our website and products. Partnering closely with the VP of Product and Product Managers (ToneUp, Hackathon App, Pods, and future launches), you’ll shape product strategy from discovery through launch.

This cross-functional role has direct influence over product direction, helping define our design North Star, build a scalable design system, and shape the UX of ToneUp, Hackathon, Pods, and future products as GenAI.Works becomes a category-defining AI platform.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years in product design (UI/UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products, systems thinking, and exceptional craft. Expertise in UX research, interaction design, visual design, typography, and building design systems at scale.
    • Deep curiosity about AI-driven interaction models, with experience designing for uncertainty, trust, explainability, and user feedback loops. Excited by agent-based products and actively uses AI tools in daily workflows.
    • Your design to test hypotheses, not just polish screens. Comfortable moving from ambiguity to prototype to iteration, with a bias toward action and rapid build-measure-learn cycles.
    • Expert in Figma, strong in responsive design, understand frontend constraints, and apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the UI/UX vision and design North Star for GenAI.Works. Translate company strategy into cohesive product experiences, set standards for usability and accessibility, and ensure design meaningfully shapes product direction, growth, and brand trust.
    • Design intuitive, trustworthy AI-powered workflows. Explore and define best practices for copilots, agent-driven systems, multimodal interfaces, retrieval-based experiences, and human-in-the-loop interactionsβ€”establishing what β€œgreat AI UX” looks like across the platform.
    • Lead research, journey mapping, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across ToneUp, Hackathon App, Pods, and new experimental products. Simplify complex workflows into elegant experiences while balancing speed, craft, and business impact.
    • Rapidly prototype and test ideas using Figma, Framer/Webflow, and AI tools. Run fast experiments to validate onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and engagement. Treat design as a continuous build–measure–learn loop.
    • Build and evolve a scalable design system across web, product, and community touchpoints. Create reusable components and partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, advocate for user-centered thinking, and mentor future designers as the team grows.

    Why Join Us

    • Own the design direction of a fast-growing AI ecosystem
    • Work on products used by builders, founders, and global communities
    • High autonomy, high impact, meaningful ownership
    • Shape the future of AI-native product experiences
    • Build and lead the design function from the ground up
