Position Overview

We are expanding our Support and QA teams and seeking a seasoned, remote IT professional/Systems Administrator to serve as a Level 3 Senior Support Engineer for enterprise customers. In this role, you will handle the most complex escalations, support hybrid identity and storage deployments, and ensure seamless integration between on-premises Windows/AD environments and Microsoft cloud services. 

You will combine mastery of Windows identity and Microsoft cloud (Entra ID, Azure Files/Blob, SharePoint, Graph, Intune, SAML) with a strong customer-first mindset—treating every customer issue as our problem to solve.  

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific time, with flexibility for occasional off-hours support for critical incidents or maintenance windows.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues related to Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), ADFS, SMB, Kerberos, NTLM, and Windows identity. 
• Assist IT Administrator customers with installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of MyWorkDrive products in diverse Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure environments. 
• Diagnose and resolve authentication and authorization issues involving Azure Files, Azure Blob, SharePoint, Enterprise Apps, SAML SSO, and Graph API permissions.  
• Understand unique client use cases and challenges to design solutions that ensure compatibility, performance, and security across hybrid environments. 
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer environments, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in helpdesk and knowledge base systems.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Build and manage test environments using Hyper-V, Azure, and representative customer configurations, including complex AD and Entra ID topologies. 
• Reproduce and isolate defects, perform rigorous QA testing, and file clear bug reports for development, including identity, SSO, and file access scenarios. 
• Validate fixes and new features related to Windows authentication (Kerberos/Interactive Logon), SAML, and Microsoft 365 integrations before general release.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engage with a global customer base via email, helpdesk, and web meetings (Teams, Zoom) to resolve escalated issues and guide best practices. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to manage critical support cases, drive continuous product improvements, and assist with pre-sales technical consultations as needed.

Technical Mastery – Identity & Cloud

• Deep knowledge of Windows client and server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS, and Windows authentication Kerberos, Delegation, Interactive Logo. 
• Mastery of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access, Enterprise App integrations, SAML/OIDC SSO, and application proxy scenarios.  
• Strong experience with Azure Files, Azure Blob Storage, SharePoint Online, and NTFS/SMB permissions in hybrid file-access architectures. 
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting SAML/SSO, including certificate management, claims rules, and federation with third-party IdPs.

We need someone who can build production AI systems with solid software engineering practices, clean backend architecture, testing, observability, and AWS deployment.

Responsibilities

• Production GenAI Systems Improve existing AI workflows for regulatory document audits, gap analysis, evidence extraction, compliance reasoning, and report generation. Strengthen RAG pipelines, Improve citation grounding so audit findings link back to source documents, requirements, and supporting evidence. Build AI evaluation and regression testing pipelines for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and failure modes. Work directly with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI APIs in production.

Improve monitoring, alerting, environment separation, secure configuration, and operational documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. 2+ years building production GenAI, LLM, RAG, document intelligence, or AI workflow systems.

• Strong Python experience. Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar backend frameworks. Strong experience with embeddings, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt orchestration, evaluation, and source-grounded generation. Experience with vector search, semantic search, or document retrieval systems.

• AWS production experience. Solid backend fundamentals: APIs, PostgreSQL, queues, workers, Lambda, object storage, background jobs, and file-processing pipelines. Strong software engineering habits: testing, CI/CD, code review, logging, monitoring, documentation, and maintainable architecture.

We are looking for an experienced gRPC / API Engineer, Kubernetes Provisioning. 

This role owns the API layer that connects the Kubernetes lifecycle platform to the rest of the business.
 

What This Person Will Build

•  gRPC and REST APIs for seat/workspace provisioning, deprovisioning, cluster inventory, and node health.
•  Idempotent provisioning flows that create Kubernetes namespaces, quotas, and policy objects 
• Mock servers and client SDKs so dependent teams can build before the full platform is ready
• API validation, error models, retry semantics, load tests, and contract tests
•  Integration tests against live Kubernetes clusters and downstream systems

Must-Have Background

• Strong Go backend experience with gRPC, protobuf, REST, and API design
•  Kubernetes API experience: namespaces, ResourceQuota, RBAC, NetworkPolicy, admission flows, or multi-tenant cluster design
•  Experience with idempotency, concurrency, retries, partial failure, and contract testing
•  Strong testing discipline, including mocks, generated clients, integration tests, and load tests
• Ability to document APIs clearly for other engineering teams

Nice to Have

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for connected PSPs. Handle day-to-day communications, resolve operational queries, and push for better service terms.
• Onboarding & Integration: Support all stages of PSP onboarding — from the initial intro and gathering technical documentation to the final "go-live" phase.
• Performance Analytics:  Monitor provider dashboards and transaction reports to compare performance.

• Operational Excellence:

• Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and Business Development teams to align payment strategies with global business goals.

  - Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in iGaming (Betting/Gambling), with a primary focus on European markets such as Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, and the Netherlands.
  - Tier-1 Market Expertise: Proven track record working with Tier-1 European countries and a deep understanding of their payment ecosystems.
  - Payment Systems Knowledge: Strong grasp of Card processing and European Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), including experience with systems such as Blik, iDEAL, MbWay, and similar regional solutions.
