Key Account Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our crypto processing team. You will be the primary point of contact for our merchant partners — building long-term relationships, ensuring their success on the platform, and driving revenue growth through retention and upsell.
Responsibilities:
• Own the full lifecycle of merchant relationships: onboarding, day-to-day support, and strategic account development
• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of merchants — answer questions on integrations, settlement, fees, and product features
• Monitor merchant performance and proactively reach out to address issues, opportunities, or risks before they escalate
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work closely with the BD team to execute them
• Drive merchant retention by understanding their business needs and aligning our product capabilities accordingly
• Prepare regular account reviews and performance reports for both merchants and internal stakeholders
• Collect and relay product feedback to the product and tech teams — act as the voice of the client internally
• Stay up to date with industry trends in crypto payments and payment processing
Requirements:
• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or business development — ideally in fintech, crypto, or payments
• Strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring, and crypto infrastructure (PSP, gateways, settlement flows)
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical merchants
• Highly proactive: you identify problems and opportunities without waiting to be asked
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher; additional languages are a plus Nice to Have
• Experience with crypto processing platforms or stablecoin-based payments
• Experience working with high-volume merchants or enterprise accounts
