Strong Junior Full-Stack Developer (Java + React / Next.js)

We’re looking for a Strong Junior Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Next.js to join our team for a long-term enterprise project. You’ll be building end-to-end solutions, contributing to architectural decisions within a Modular Monolith architecture, and working with modern back-end and front-end technologies to deliver reliable features. This is a great opportunity for a proactive developer who enjoys taking ownership of full-stack tasks and working in a well-structured engineering environment.
 

🧰 Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid commercial experience with React and Next.js.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL.
• Experience working with caching mechanisms (Redis) and message brokers (ActiveMQ).
• Hands-on experience or good practical understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Practical understanding of modern architectural patterns, specifically Modular Monolith Architecture.
• Experience with Git, branch management, and standard CI/CD workflows.
• Strong technical English (B1+ or higher) with the ability to participate in daily syncs and technical discussions.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and take ownership of technical solutions.
   

🧰 As a plus:

• Experience with automated testing tools for both backend and frontend (JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Experience optimizing performance in high-load applications.
• Understanding of modern application security best practices.
• Experience working in small or medium-sized product/dedicated teams with a high level of autonomy.
   

💻 Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining end-to-end features using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend.
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with Modular Monolith Architecture principles.
• Working with MySQL, Redis, and ActiveMQ to support complex business workflows.
• Contributing to technical decisions, system design, and API design.
• Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with fellow team members.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members (QA, DevOps, Product Managers).
• Working proactively and taking ownership of full-stack tasks from conceptualization to delivery.
