We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining business applications. Why did the job open?

We are expanding our Microsoft Business Applications team due to the growth of existing projects and the launch of new Dynamics 365 Power Platform implementations.

Requirements:

• B1–B2 English (Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate);
• At least 3+ years of commercial experience developing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform;
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including both Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps;
• Solid experience with Power Automate for developing complex cloud flows, workflow automation, and system integrations;
• Experience working with the Power Platform Admin Center, including environment management, security configuration, solution deployment, and platform administration;
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) for developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, backend business logic, and integrations;
• Good understanding of Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, and Microsoft Entra ID for secure authentication, user management, and serverless integrations;
• Proficiency in JavaScript for Dynamics 365 client-side customizations, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
• Basic practical experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and analytical reports;
• Familiarity with Power Pages for building external-facing websites and customer portals;
• General understanding of the core Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights;
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.

Good to have:

• Experience implementing end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple business domains;
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture and Power Platform best practices;
• Experience with Azure-based integrations and Microsoft cloud services;
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM), solution packaging, and deployment pipelines;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
