We are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join Dinarys GmbH and drive long-term client success. In this role, you will own client relationships end-to-end during the delivery phase, ensuring transparency, growth, and high-quality service.

You’ll act as the key bridge between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders—balancing operational excellence with strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage client relationships during the delivery phase
• Ensure clear and structured reporting to stakeholders
• Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop account growth plans, highlighting risks and blockers
• Collaborate closely with Solution/Delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Contribute to and execute account strategy
• Maintain strong proactive communication with clients
• Manage legal and contractual processes:
  • Preparation and coordination of documentation
  • Ownership of signatures and approvals
  • Responsibility for Statements of Work (SoW) and contracts during delivery
• Support marketing initiatives:
  • Work with clients to collect testimonials and reviews on platforms

  • Strengthen client advocacy and brand presence

     

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager / Project Manager in IT or digital services
