Project tasks:

• Pixel-perfect replication: Replicate the Lovable mobile site exactly. Every hex code, shadow, and frosted-glass effect must match the high-end web design 1:1. We do not compromise on design quality.
• AI-Streamlined Porting: Leverage Claude/LLMs to "convert" our React web logic and Supabase calls into high-performance React Native code to maintain startup speed.
• High-end Performance : Implement a vertical video feed using FlashList and the New Architecture to ensure 60-120fps scrolling with zero "jank."
