Senior Business Analyst (eHealth, French-speaking)

Acropolium, together with its international partners, is working on a healthcare platform operating within a regulated French eHealth environment.

The project focuses on building compliant, scalable digital solutions aligned with French healthcare standards and regulatory frameworks.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who is comfortable navigating complex regulations, product logic, and cross-functional collaboration, while bringing structure and clarity to evolving systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks (e.g. ANS, French Health Insurance) and translate them into clear product requirements
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders
• Create and maintain structured artefacts:
  • User Stories
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Product documentation
• Ensure consistency and completeness of user journeys and specifications
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams (business, tech, compliance)
• Support backlog management and prioritization in Agile environments
• Leverage generative AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, and quality checks
   

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong background in eHealth / healthcare / hospital systems / digital health products
• Good understanding of French healthcare regulations (ANS, Health Insurance requirements)
• Knowledge of interoperability, data security, and certification processes
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)
• Hands-on experience with tools:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Notion
  • Miro
  • Figma
     

Nice to Have

• Experience working with regulated environments in the EU
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools for requirements analysis and documentation
