Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions and strategic posting to successful candidate onboarding
- Conduct candidate evaluations to measure technical proficiency, core competencies, and long-term cultural alignment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interview coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain clear recruitment records, track real-time application statuses, and provide data-driven updates
Proactively research industry trends and emerging sourcing technologies to update and sharpen talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
- A minimum of 1.5 years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruiting
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social sourcing)
- Strong knowledge of diverse candidate assessment methodologies, including behavioural interviewing and skill-based testing
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to hit aggressive hiring targets and deadlines without compromising on quality
- High degree of adaptability with the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges and shifting priorities
