Senior Backend Developer (.NET / Azure, French-speaking)

Acropolium, together with its international partners, is working on a healthcare platform focused on building a scalable, modern system based on microservices architecture.

The project involves developing robust backend services, integrating multiple data sources, and ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions in a cloud-native environment.

You will join an international team contributing to a product with real-world impact in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET (Core / .NET 8)
• Build and evolve microservices architecture
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Work with SQL Server (T-SQL) and MongoDB
• Implement and maintain automated testing strategies
• Collaborate with DevOps, frontend teams, and stakeholders
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (Azure)

Core Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8 preferred)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP services
• Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and MongoDB
• Experience with testing frameworks (XUnit, Postman, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD or similar)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare / regulated environments
• Experience with artifact repositories (JFrog, Artifactory)
• Strong focus on code quality and testing culture
