We're expanding and looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniques
• Collaborate with and support external recruitment partners
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings
• Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in final decision-making
• Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment processes and tools
• Prepare and maintain summary reports and recruitment analytics
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide support during pre-onboarding and onboarding phases when needed (e.g., communication with new hires, hiring managers, vendors)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in mass hiring or high-volume environments
• Strong English skills (B2 level or higher)
• Experience with developing and implementing internal recruitment policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus
• International hiring experience is a strong advantage
• An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach

Project Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to our employees who experience technical issues. Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Support: Respond to requests via the ticketing system and in person, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems for end-users, escalating more complex issues to different departments if needed.
• Hardware Troubleshooting: Perform basic diagnostics on computer hardware, including desktops and laptops, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware issues or referral to a service center as necessary.
• Workstation Arrangement and Decommission: Set up and configure computers for new employees, including OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Network Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot network connections, including LAN/WAN setups.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Proficiency with Windows OS.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and MacOS.
• Familiarity with Office 365 software.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Knowledge and experience in hardware troubleshooting and components replacement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AD, Entra ID, Intune.
• Basic knowledge and experience with Cisco network equipment - nice to have.
