About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack WordPress Engineer to join Elementor’s core R&D team and build new WordPress, PHP-, and React-based features for a product used by millions of websites worldwide. You will work on WordPress-based development across the platform, including editor features, plugin functionality, and React-based frontend experiences. Key Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Write and publish clear and effective job descriptions across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal channels).

HR Administration & Compliance

• Manage HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.

Employee & Manager Development

• Support the development of managers and employees through training initiatives, performance reviews, and career development programs.

Compensation & Benefits / Welfare Management

• Manage employee welfare programs and benefits.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee the HR budget related to employee engagement and benefits.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain and analyze HR data, including recruitment metrics, employee reports, and budget tracking.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly HR reports to the HR headquarters.
