We are currently seeking an HR / Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Conducting performance reviews and supporting performance management processes
  • Participating in and driving Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives for employees
  • Managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth employee integration
  • Conducting regular one-on-one (1:1) meetings with employees
  • Managing the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation
  • Preparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, hiring data)
  • Leading or supporting the implementation of new HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
  • Coordinating the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handling employee relations and resolving workplace issues
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures

Hiring Process

  3. Interview with HR manager from headquarter
  4. Interview with C-level manager.

     

Required Experience to Succeed in This Role:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR / Recruitment role within a company
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience conducting terminations, hearings, and managing HR documentation
  • Comfortable working with data and HR systems (data-driven mindset)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prepare detailed HR reports
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (nice to have)
