About the Project

We are working on a large-scale platform for the US market. The product is in active development: some parts are built from scratch, others involve working with and improving existing functionality. You’ll be involved in real production tasks, from building new features to refactoring and optimizing architecture for high load.

Early-stage startup (ex-Google, Stanford, backed by top-tier vc) seeks extremely talented full-time contractor for full-stack AI Agent engineer to help pioneer Enterprise AI for Research and Workflows.

• You must have 2+ years experience designing and building large and complex (yet maintainable) AI apps, and you consistently ship production-quality features in days, not weeks.
• You should have a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or the equivalent.
• You should have extensive experience in RAG, MCP, memory, vector db, Next.js, Python, Firebase/Supabase, AWS, Kubenetes, Claude Code, Devin.
• Top-notch communication skills are essential.
• Experience working in AI startup before is a plus.

Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers. This role is remote full-time in EDT(New York) time zone. Presence required on Flown.com (virtual co-working environment) during work hours. We are looking for someone that can dedicate 40+ hours per week. If you have other positions, projects, etc, then this role is not for you.
