Now we need someone who can turn these raw materials into clean, engaging, and professional short-form videos that match the company’s content direction and brand identity.

The goal of this role is to become a reliable production partner for the Content Manager. Someone who can consistently edit high-quality content and help maintain a strong and professional digital presence.

What will you do?

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Produce approximately 12 short-form videos per month
• Work closely with the Content Manager and follow the provided content plans, briefs, and creative direction

The team develops and maintains OS Malevich and the Video Management System, builds scalable cloud infrastructure, and creates client applications for multiple platforms, ensuring that all system components work together as a unified ecosystem.

The division works with Java, Kotlin, Swift, C, C++, and Python. It includes embedded, cloud, mobile, and desktop engineers who ensure the stable operation of Ajax as a single digital platform.

 

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of embedded coding techniques, interfaces (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS485) and subsystems
• Strong skills in various build systems.
• Excellent knowledge of C programming language
• Understanding of operating systems: embedded developers usually need experience in programming in embedded Linux or similar embedded operating systems
• Good hands-on experience of software engineering fundamentals such as testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, pull requests and code reviews, source control, work item/issue tracking.
  
   

Would be a plus:

• Experience with MCU’s, e.g STM, ESP, AVR, NRf etc
• Scripting languages Python, Bash
• Basic electronics: embedded engineers use oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and multimeters for debugging
  
   

Responsibility zone:

• Participate in the full embedded software life cycle: design, implementation, code reviews, documentation, testing and validation
• Analysis and systematic problem solving for SW reported issues
• Cooperate with electrical engineers to perform verification of new hardware from software team perspective. Review and provide feedback on the firmware specific aspects of hardware design
• Delivery highly reliable Malevich OS releases
• Work with high-level and technical requirements for research and development new features

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Remote Administrative Support Assistant to help support daily dealership operations through administrative coordination, data management, reporting, and backend operational support.

This role is focused entirely on administrative and operational assistance. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable handling repetitive tasks, and able to maintain organisation in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Handle routine administrative tasks. 
• Complete accurate data entry. 
• Keep internal information organised and up to date. 
• Maintain records, notes, and task updates. 
• Support daily dealership workflow. 
• Help reduce routine manual workload from the dealership manager. 

Task example: “Please update the tracker with the current status of these 5 vehicles and mark which ones are ready, pending parts, or waiting for review.”

Backend Operations Support

• Support operational coordination across the dealership. 
• Help track ongoing tasks and updates. 
• Assist with routine backend processes that do not require physical presence. 
• Make sure important information is visible and easy to access. 
• Help keep daily operations moving when the manager is busy or unavailable. 

Task example: “The manager is with a customer. Please check whether this vehicle has been updated in the system and reply in the team chat.”

Task example: “Please check which cars still need photos, details, parts, or pricing updates and send a short summary.”

Task example: “Find the correct replacement mirror for this vehicle, check availability, and send 2–3 options with price and delivery time.”

Internal Communication Support

• Monitor internal team communication during working hours. 
• Respond in the team chat when needed. 
• Help answer basic operational questions. 
• Flag important issues to management. 
• Make sure simple questions or tasks do not remain unanswered. 

Task example: “Please check the chat and list all unresolved questions related to today’s vehicles.”

Simple Daily Updates

• Prepare short operational updates when needed. 
• Share basic information from internal systems with the team. 
• Help management maintain visibility over daily activity. 
• Keep reporting simple, clear, and consistent.
