The Personalization Squad creates product solutions that help users easily discover content that best matches their interests and needs. We work not only with algorithms and machine learning, but also enhance the user experience (UX), ensuring that interacting with Headway is convenient and intuitive.

What will you do:
- Identify growth opportunities and business insights by diving deep into data and transforming it into actionable information.
- Collaborate with the team to generate and implement ideas aligned with business priorities and product vision.
- Own the full A/B testing cycle: from idea generation, test design, and launch, to dashboard creation, test closure, and deriving insights for future iterations.
- Communicate results effectively across stakeholders.
- Continuously improve your work by proposing and implementing solutions for process automation and optimization.
Collaborate with other product analysts to develop the Engagement function, with a focus on automating key processes.

- Ability to work with databases (SQL).

Position goals and responsibilities:
As a performance-based CRO/UXO agency, we deliver results to our clients through creating data-driven hypotheses and itβs A/B testing.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the CRO/UXO team in driving the improvement of essential metrics, including conversion rate (CVR), average revenue per user (ARPU), and average order value (AOV). You will manage a diverse team that includes CRO managers, UX researchers, data engineers, data analysts, UX/UI designers, copywriters, developers, and QA testers.
- Build relationships with clients and ensure 12+ months of retention.
- You will oversee CRO/UXO projects for our English-speaking clients that primarily include eCommerce stores, SaaS businesses, iOS/Android applications, and lead-generation sites, enabling you to gain expertise across these monetization models. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring our team delivers uplifts in key performance metrics for your clients and maintaining effective and proactive communication with your clients about the progress of CRO/UXO projects.
- Planning your teamβs activities and overseeing the effective execution of these planned activities in weekly and monthly sprints. Your ultimate deliverable for each client will be the successful execution of A/B tests that achieve uplifts in key performance metrics, accompanied by effective communication of these results to your clients.
Position requirements:
β A minimum of 1 year of experience in Project / Account Management with English-speaking clients.
β Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in presentations, reporting on A/B test results, and negotiations on the scope of work.
β Basic sales skills to ensure contract retention.
β Exceptional English proficiency, both verbal and written, with the responsibility to present to the clientβs senior management.
β Proficiency in team task planning, monitoring, and Scrum methodologies.
β Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or other web or product analytics tools.
β Understanding of statistics, product analytics and metrics.
β Proven experience managing web development projects and QA processes.
β Strong understanding of usability principles and UX best practices.
