    Position Requirements:

     

    • At least 1 year of experience in user experience research or at least 2 years of experience in market research
    • Experience in conducting various user research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, secondary data analysis
    • Familiarity with qualitative and (nice to have) quantitative research techniques and tools
    • Experience in data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • English level B2+

    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Develop and execute user research plans to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
    • Design and conduct various user research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys etc.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to advise and recommend the best research approaches and methodologies
    • Analyze research data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for product or service improvement.
    • Synthesize research findings and present them in a clear and actionable manner
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research methods and tools to identify areas for improvement.
