Talent Sourcing Specialist

What we expect from you:

  • You are capable of working effectively in a multitasking environment, result-oriented, and ready to take initiative;
  • Strong skills in Boolean and x-Ray search;
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, tools and industry best practices;
  • Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent through creative sourcing strategies;
  • You have experience working with recruitment analytics and metrics, with the ability to define, implement, and use them to drive hiring decisions and optimize sourcing processes;
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach optimization;
  • You have practical experience assessing the candidate market size for IT vacancies, utilizing both LinkedIn and diverse sources such as LinkedIn groups, GitHub, Reddit, Apollo, Stack Overflow, local messenger communities, etc.
  • You know how to build a candidate sourcing map, taking into account the necessary resources for this process;
  • You are well-versed in and actively use tools such as PhantomBuster, LinkedHelper, MeetAlfred, Clay, BrightData, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools for automation and enrichment of candidate data;
  • You are skilled at developing and optimizing sourcing strategies, leveraging a robust set of effective tools and extensions, continuously monitoring new solutions, and evaluating their effectiveness;
  • You are skilled at effectively working with donor companies;
  • Stress resilience and persistence, as we often deal with unique positions that require creative approaches;

     

 

Responsibilities 

  • Source IT candidates with the right skills using various channels and techniques, including social media, job boards, online databases, Boolean searches, and professional networks;
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, including resume review, pre-screening answers, and English-speaking checks if needed, while maintaining and updating the candidate database and related reports;
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers;
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier candidates;
  • Manage the hiring process by coordinating with TA Consultants to define position requirements and ideal candidate profiles, creating job postings, conducting candidate outreach, building a pipeline of relevant candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining communication, and supporting offer negotiations;
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates;
  • Track the hiring funnel and analyze processes to identify, highlight and communicate about bottlenecks on time;
