We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing new business, identifying potential clients, and building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Independently identify and attract new clients in international markets;
• Build and develop your own pipeline of potential clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, conferences, and professional events;
• Conduct discovery calls, identify client needs, and present relevant IT solutions;
• Guide the client through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiations and contract signing;
• Prepare commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, and finalize terms of cooperation;
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to develop relevant proposals;
• Develop existing contacts and turn them into long-term partnerships;
• Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities, and propose ideas for sales growth;
• Manage the CRM, monitor the sales pipeline, and forecast sales results;
• Represent the company at international conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT or a related technology field;
• Experience independently identifying and acquiring new clients;
• Understanding of the full sales cycle and experience closing deals;
• Practical experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and working with international clients;
• Experience selling IT services, software development, outstaffing/staff augmentation, or other B2B IT solutions would be a major plus;
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
• High level of self-organization and ownership—you can independently structure processes and take responsibility for results;
• English: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;

About the role

You’ll own the setup, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn advertising campaigns for our US-based clients — working across the full range of LinkedIn ad formats (Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, Lead Gen Forms, Text and Dynamic Ads) alongside a global team of strategists, account managers, and creative.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure LinkedIn ad campaigns aligned to client objectives and strategy
• Build audience strategy across the full funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF segmentation)
• Monitor performance daily across multiple client accounts (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API (CAPI)

The role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining reliable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms for high-load business environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and AWS data services.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines.
