Salesforce / Amazon Voice Consultant – Contract Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced consultant for a 6-month project within the aviation industry, with the possibility of extension.

The main focus will be Amazon Voice for Salesforce Service Cloud, so hands-on experience with the Amazon Voice side of the integration is particularly important.

A strong Salesforce background is expected, and Service Cloud certification would be highly relevant. Salesforce seniority is often reflected through relevant certifications, but for this assignment, practical experience with Amazon Voice / Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud will be especially valuable.

Experience with Apex may also be relevant, and Java knowledge could be useful depending on the technical scope of the project.

Contract length: 6 months, with possibility of extension
Rate: depends on seniority and profile
