Data Analyst

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help clients transform complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.

You will work with modern cloud data platforms, primarily Snowflake, analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

🔑 Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets using SQL and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Translate business questions into analytical requirements, reports, and measurable metrics.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake.

- Perform data exploration, profiling, validation, and transformation.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

- Define and monitor KPIs together with business and product stakeholders.

- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them.

- Support data modeling and preparation of analytics-ready datasets.

- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🧩 Requirements

- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.

- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.

- Practical experience working with Snowflake.

- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics-ready datasets.

- Experience working with large and complex datasets.

- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and reconciliation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

🧩 Nice to Have

- Experience with ETL or ELT processes and data transformation pipelines.

- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, or Redshift.

- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.

- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

- Experience with dimensional modeling and star schema.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.

- Experience working directly with external clients.
