We are looking for a senior-level leader who can own both commercial growth and data-driven decision-making across our iGaming business.

This role combines Business Development leadership with Business Intelligence ownership. The person will be responsible for driving growth, structuring and owning reporting, and ensuring that management, shareholders, and teams clearly understand what is happening in the business and why.

This is a hands-on Head role, not a pure manager — you will both build and oversee.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Development & Commercial Ownership

• Own and execute commercial growth strategy across multiple GEOs.

• Work closely with Marketing, Affiliates, CRM, and Payments teams to improve:

   

  • CAC, CVR, ROAS
  • FTD conversion
  • LTV and retention

   

• Evaluate platforms, vendors, PSPs, and commercial partners.

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to work with our Shopify app ReSell. This role is focused on helping merchants achieve real business results from the product. Product revenue is a direct outcome of customer success, not the primary goal itself.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to customers (chat, email, calls) and help them successfully configure the app.
• Guide merchants to the point where the app starts generating upsell and cross-sell revenue.
• Work with installed-but-inactive stores and convert them into active, value-receiving customers.
• Collect Shopify App Store reviews as a result of genuine customer success.
• Occasionally negotiate enterprise-style service contracts for advanced optimization.

Requirements

• English level: C1 — confident spoken and written communication with business clients.

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience

Role Overview

As a Backend Developer, you will develop and maintain backend services, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure the security and performance of our system. You will work closely with blockchain and payments services, contributing to a highly scalable and secure architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain NestJS-based microservices in TypeScript
• Implement secure and scalable APIs using TypeORM and PostgreSQL
• Integrate third-party APIs, such as payment gateways, crypto exchanges, and KYC services
• Collaborate with the team to implement best coding practices and maintain high-quality code
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure system reliability

Requirements

• 5-10 years of backend development experience, with 4+ years in Node.js/NestJS
• Strong TypeScript and NestJS skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, and query optimization
• Experience in API development, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and encryption
• Knowledge of payment gateways, crypto exchanges, and KYC integrations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years as a Delivery Manager / Project Manager / Account Manager (IT preferred).
• Understanding of project management methodologies. Practical experience with any (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Project Management tools and services (Jira, Asana, OpenProject, etc).
• Understanding of the SDLC and DevOps roles in a project.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders.
