Our client is a financial technology services provider dedicated to expanding global access to digital assets by building innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Gather business and technical requirements, break them down into actionable deliverables for cross-functional teams, and manage project from end to end.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders from business, legal, design, and IT departments.
• Create detailed documentation of current workflows, data structures.
• Develop well-defined functional and non-functional requirements to guide future solution design.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Work alongside solution architects and technical teams to identify gaps and evaluate possible technology replacements.
• Contribute to business case development, RFP preparation.
• Participate in change management and stakeholder communication planning.

Requirements:

• C1 - Advanced level of English or higher
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
• Strong competency in documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and producing clear technical documentation.
• Experience translating regulatory and operational needs into technical specifications.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with US based customers
• Experience working with legal hold workflows and audit/compliance tools.
• Previous involvement in system replacement or migration projects.
