Headway Inc is a global tech company, revolutionizing lifelong learning by creating digital products for over 150 million users worldwide. Our mission is to help people grow. We’re proud to be ranked 4th among the World’s Top EdTech Π‘ompanies by TIME magazine. We believe lifelong learning should be accessible, personalized, and impactful to each individual. That’s how we change the world and why we bring together exceptional minds.

The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That’s why, together with Pavlo Orlenko, Head of Product Marketing at Headway by Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive CR, LTV, ROI, and new revenue growth by owning a web-based thematic direction end to end.

The product and team you will be working with:

Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

You’ll join a cross-functional Product Marketing team at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, focused on sustainable growth through a structured A/B testing approach. Within this setup, we’re actively developing web-based thematic directions β€” and you’ll own one of them end to end.

    The challenge you’ll take on:

As part of a tight creative trio β€” User Acquisition, Creative Marketing, and Product Marketing β€” your challenge is to unlock and scale a thematic direction end to end. From ad messaging and web funnel experience to conversion and monetization, you’ll own a coherent user narrative, understand cause-and-effect across the funnel, and apply best market practices to drive CR, LTV, ROI, and sustainable new revenue growth within a large thematic unit.

This job is perfect for you if you:

    • Want real ownership and focus β€” owning one web-based thematic direction end to end and directly impacting business growth.
    • Enjoy working in a fast, execution-driven environment, where ideas quickly turn into experiments and measurable results.
    • Want to work in a cross-functional setup, closely collaborating with User Acquisition and Creative Marketing Specialists.
    • Value strong team support, working with a product designer, frontend engineer, analyst, and market intelligence specialists dedicated to growth and data.
    • Think in experiments and systems, using structured A/B testing to understand cause-and-effect and scale what works.
    • Want to grow within a product ecosystem, where collaboration with experienced PMs and marketers accelerates learning and impact.

    What will you do:

    • Own one theme: understand user needs, pains, and motivations, and shape a clear value proposition for each segment.
    • Design and optimize the full user journey together with User Acquisition and Creative: creatives, web funnels, quizzes, landings, paywalls, and upsells.
    • Run reverse funnel engineering: identify gaps between the promise in ads and the actual product experience, and close them through A/B testing and new solutions.
    • Build a shared hypothesis backlog with the team, prioritize it, launch experiments, and analyze results together with analytics.
    • Work with key metrics: CR across all funnel steps, ARPU, LTV/CAC, as well as overall marketing spend and new revenue volume.

What do you need to join us:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, User Acquisition, or Creative Marketing β€” with hands-on experience working with web.
    • Confidence in execution under uncertainty: no fear of acting without full clarity, combined with the ability to build confidence through data, prioritization, and hypothesis validation.
    • Experience in day-to-day collaboration within a β€œcreative trio” (Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Creative Marketing) is a strong plus.
    • Hands-on experience working closely with UX specialists, analysts, and engineers on a daily basis.
    • Strong understanding of how analytics, marketing, and product come together to drive growth and business results.
    • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

    What do we offer:

    • Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
    • An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
    • Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
    • Personal development plan.
    • Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
    • Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
    • Company doctor and massage in the office.
    • Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.
    • Corporate holidays: we go on a week-paid holiday to rest and recharge twice a year.
    • Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine. Find out more about our projects here.

    Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that you can decide for yourself: whether you want to work from the office, remotely, or combine these options.

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who will own product quality and ensure that Petcube devices work reliably in real-life conditions. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on manual QA, product behavior, hardware interaction, and connectivity.

At Petcube, we build technology that helps people care for their pets, and our products live in real homes with real pets, making quality a shared responsibility.

    What you’ll do

    • Take ownership of product quality and actively drive improvements
    • Perform manual testing of hardware devices, their logic, related mobile and backend functionality
Test real-life scenarios: device setup, connectivity, stability, edge cases
    • Validate product behavior across supported regions and networks
    • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and expected behavior
    • Document findings clearly and help the team understand quality risks and trade-offs
    • Plan and manage your own testing tasks independently

    What we’re looking for

    • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (Mid+ level)
    • Strong manual QA background (this is a must)
    • Product mindset: you care about how things should work, not just test cases
    • Ability to work autonomously: plan your work, manage priorities, follow through
    • Experience testing complex systems (devices + backend +mobile is a big plus)
    • Clear communication and structured thinking

    Nice to have

    • Experience with hardware testing or IoT products
    • Previous experience in a product company
    • Understanding of connectivity-related issues (LTE, device pairing, unstable networks)
    • Experience with test automation (nice to have, not required)

    Location & connectivity

Due to connectivity restrictions, we can consider candidates only from the EU (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Hungary), the US, or Canada.

    Why Join Us

    • Fast-growing, product-driven tech company
    • Global remote team with a strong performance culture
    • Make a real impact on pet parents and their companions

    Benefits

    • Great compensation package with company-wide benefits
    • Silicon Valley-rooted startup environment with a sharp focus on the US market
    • Rapid professional development in a healthy corporate culture
    • Remote work
    • Health benefits
