• UGC network with a Telegram bot and CRM — 46% utilization, unit economics need fixing
• Team of 13 people across three units (Content Engine, Marketing & Sales, UGC Network)
• Paid acquisition budget of $50K/month from day one, expanding to $150K once LTV/CAC ≥ 3 — no approvals needed

No restrictions on methods. Multi-accounting, arbitrage, affiliates, aggressive funnels — all fair game if it brings paying customers and doesn't create legal risk.

Uncapped revenue share: 6% of recurring revenue from the customer base you bring in (8% at LTV/CAC ≥ 4). No ceiling. At $250K MRR, your variable comp is $20K/month on top of base.

Equity option: 1–2% in the holding company (across the whole product portfolio, not a single project).

The Role

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of VIP to own the design, performance, and continuous optimization of our VIP retention program across T1 and T2 casino markets. You'll set the strategy, bring innovation, novel ideas, own the numbers, and lead through a dedicated VIP Team Leader who runs day-to-day execution. You'll spend your time on segmentation, cohort analysis, program design, and cross-functional influence, stepping into the player-facing world only for your top 10–20 Tier-1 accounts and genuine crisis escalations.

What You'll Own

• Strategic Analytics: Design and maintain our multi-tier segmentation (Mass Market / Pre-VIP / VIP) and cohort framework (Active, Churn, Reactivated, New), and deliver 7-day, 14-day, and monthly performance intelligence across every project and market.
• Program Strategy and Tactics: Own the annual VIP Retention Marketing Calendar — campaign design, offer mechanics, seasonal activations, and a structured testing roadmap.
• Retention & Reactivation: Build predictive churn early-warning capability, design win-back mechanics, and personally step in on high-stakes closure situations escalated by your Team Leader.

Head of Marketing / Publishing Lead

Cactus Punch is an independent game studio developing a Dark Fantasy Action RPG with elements of Body Horror for PC in Unreal Engine 5.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing / Publishing Lead who will take ownership of the project's marketing, publishing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy — from the current early development stage through Steam Early Access and beyond.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can build the marketing function from the ground up rather than simply manage existing processes.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall Marketing & Publishing strategy.
• Define the game's positioning, USP, target audience, and key messaging.
• Build the GTM strategy and marketing roadmap leading to Early Access.
• Develop a strategy for Steam visibility and wishlist growth.
• Plan and oversee trailers, gameplay videos, demos, and other marketing content.
• Build and grow the game's community.
• Develop relationships with streamers, influencers, creators, gaming media, and partners.
• Plan Steam Next Fest, festivals, showcases, playtests, and other key marketing activities.
