Lead Media Buyer (FB/iGaming)

We’re an experienced affiliate team with a solid internal setup — our own brands, in-house analytics, creative and product teams, and years of media buying expertise. Now we’re looking for a Media Buying Team Lead who’s ready to lead the team, oversee traffic acquisition, drive testing and optimization, and scale successful campaigns across multiple channels. You’re someone who’s data-driven, curious, and always looking for ways to scale what works — while keeping team performance and key business metrics in check.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead and manage a team of Media Buyers, setting goals and monitoring performance;
• Oversee the launch, analysis, and optimization of paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels;
• Drive campaign scaling while maintaining target ROI and CPA;
• Identify and test new traffic sources, funnels, and performance strategies;
• Generate hypotheses and improve buying tactics based on data and team insights;
• Develop testing approaches and prepare briefs for creatives with clear testing logic;
• Monitor team and campaign metrics and report actionable insights;
• Support Media Buyers in solving complex campaign and performance challenges;
• Collaborate with analytics, design, and product teams;
• Develop team expertise, share best practices, and continuously improve buying processes.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience;
• Previous experience leading or mentoring Media Buyers;
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, etc.);
• Experience managing multiple traffic sources simultaneously;
• Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns;
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data;
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Team player with ownership mindset and a drive for results.
