We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to help build and scale secure, reliable, and production-ready infrastructure.

This role focuses on designing and operating Kubernetes-based environments, infrastructure as code, and internal platform systems that support engineering teams. You’ll work on real production workloads where reliability, scalability, and operational excellence matter.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of observability and monitoring systems
• Experience with infrastructure as code and containerized environments
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes-native architectures
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Go, Python, or similar)
• Strong understanding of production systems, reliability, and security best practices

Role Overview:

The Tech Lead is the most senior operational role on the support team and the primary point of escalation for all critical incidents. This is a hands-on role combining direct technical work with team coordination. The Tech Lead triages, assigns, and resolves the highest-complexity issues while ensuring overall queue health and SLA compliance. The role carries 24/7 on-call responsibility for P1/P2 critical incidents in rotation with the counterpart Tech Lead in the other timezone.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations: ticket triage, assignment to L1/L2, escalation management
• Own P1/P2 critical incident response — acknowledge within 30 min, drive to resolution, conduct post-mortem
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB), release planning, and post-deployment validation
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complex and recurring incidents
• Coordinate knowledge transfer from incumbent vendor, own team KB quality
• Perform code-level investigation and fix for highest-complexity issues
• Mentor Java+DevOps engineers and L1 support engineers
• Manage weekend release activities (several times per year)

Required Technical Skills:

• Java: SpringBoot, JBoss/WildFly, Java 6–17 — production debugging, log analysis, hotfix deployment
• Databases: Oracle 11g, MS SQL Server — query writing, execution plan analysis, stored procedures
• AWS: Lambda, RDS, DMS, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, CloudWatch, CloudTrail — incident investigation and configuration
• DevOps: GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes — pipeline monitoring, deployment management
• Observability: Datadog — dashboards, alert configuration, log correlation
• ITSM: ServiceNow — incident, problem, and change management workflows
• OS: Linux — log analysis, service management, shell scripting

Experience:

5+ years in application support or software engineering with support responsibility. Prior experience as a tech lead or senior engineer in managed services is preferred.

On-Call Requirements:

• Covers P1 (Critical) and P2 (Serious) incidents outside business hours, including nights and weekends
• Rotation shared between Ukraine and Argentina Tech Leads — approximately every other week per person
• Required response: acknowledge within 30 minutes, active engagement within 1 hour

• Incidents outside business hours are infrequent (historical avg: ~2 P1/P2 per month) but contractually binding

Responsibilities:

-Eliminate toil through automation, re-architecting, and refactoring — not just patching symptoms.

-Approach every incident with an "Automate Everything" mindset so the same problem never fires twice.

-Pair with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents down to root cause.

-Drive complex infrastructure changes with full transparency, clear communication, and zero downtime.

-Design and implement self-healing, reliable, and scalable infrastructure in a cloud- native environment.

-Guide and unblock developers across multiple teams so they can keep shipping with confidence.

-Define SLOs and error quotas for production services; own and manage the error budget.

-Own the GitOps workflow via ArgoCD — every deployment is Git-defined, automated, and reproducible.

-Write or review postmortems after incidents; track corrective actions to completion. Participate in the follow-the-sun on-call rota and actively champion our DevOps culture.
 

What does an average day look like?

You'll proactively support production workloads, troubleshoot issues to their root cause, and write or review postmortems once incidents are resolved. You'll continuously identify weaknesses in infrastructure and observability and feed them into the improvement backlog.

We’re looking for a Computer Vision Engineer focused on evaluation and data quality to help improve the performance of real-world CV systems.

This role is centered around working with visual datasets, analyzing model outputs, and identifying failure patterns. You won’t be training models end-to-end — instead, you’ll play a key role in improving model quality through better data, validation, and structured analysis.

If you enjoy working hands-on with images and video data, spotting edge cases, and making systems more accurate and reliable — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Review, annotate, and validate image and video datasets used in CV workflows
• Perform detailed error analysis on model outputs to identify weaknesses and edge cases
• Support evaluation workflows for tasks such as object detection, classification, segmentation, and pose estimation
• Improve data quality through structured labeling, annotation review, and consistency checks
• Help define evaluation criteria, benchmarks, and test datasets
• Collaborate with ML and CV engineers to provide clear feedback on model behavior
• Document findings, patterns, and recommendations
• Contribute to improving data pipelines and evaluation processes

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Computer Vision
• Strong understanding of CV fundamentals and evaluation metrics
• Hands-on experience with image/video datasets, annotation, or CV model evaluation
• Familiarity with tasks such as object detection, classification, segmentation, or pose estimation
• Ability to analyze visual outputs and perform structured error analysis
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with tools or frameworks such as OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• High attention to detail and comfort with quality-focused work
