    • Engage and follow up across multiple channels using a structured multi-touch approach
    • Maintain accurate CRM data and internal lead-generation reporting
    • Meet monthly KPIs and performance targets set by the sales leadership team

    Your background:

    • 1.5+ years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or SDR in SaaS
    • Experience with signal-based outreach and building Clay tables/workflows to automate lead research
    • Hands-on experience scraping/enriching leads based on ICP and building highly relevant databases using B2B data tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach, including sequencing tools (Reply.io, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar)
    • Experience in prospecting and running sales conversations across multiple channels, with a proven track record of consistently booking demos each month.
    • At least Upper-intermediate English

    We offer:

    • Industry Leader: Make a meaningful contribution to a globally recognized solution that shapes the future of the server-side tracking market.

Our customer is a fintech company that provides flexible buy-now-pay-later solutions, enabling consumers to split purchases into transparent, interest-free, or interest-based payments. The customer's Platform team is responsible for managing critical services that are essential to the success and sustainability of the organization.

In simple terms, the team handles transactional communication send-outs to customers via email, SMS, and push notifications. These services demand attention to detail, proactive maintenance, and swift response times to ensure seamless operations.

These initiatives require dedicated expertise and resources to execute efficiently and effectively.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop a robust and extensible Kotlin framework and platform.

    • Collaborate across the product development lifecycle with product management, design, and analytics to participate in ideation and articulate technical constraints.
    • Drive decision-making and risk assessment by partnering on strategic technical choices that properly consider trade-offs and business impact.
    • Proactively identify and resolve systemic issues across projects, processes, and technology, advocating for and leading the implementation of solutions.
    • Ensure operational excellence and availability by creating and monitoring metrics, supporting "keep the lights on" efforts, and participating in an on-call rotation.
    • Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting high standards for code reviews and design, and advocating for best practices through technical writing and talks.
    • Mentor engineering talent by providing actionable feedback, guidance, and leading by example to grow the team's capabilities.

    • Deep experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures
    • Experience in technical leadership in system design, with a proven ability to deliver significant features using elegant, simple, and extensible designs
    • Strong infrastructure knowledge, including technologies such as AWS, MySQL/DynamoDB, and Kubernetes
    • Proficiency in large-scale codebase management, utilizing a suite of tools and practices that ensure safe and efficient technical changes

Hi! We're looking for a Video Editor 🎬 (remote)
    Project-based work with a path to full-time.

    Who we are
We create videos for tech companies and AI startups in Silicon Valley. YouTube content, tutorials, product videos β€” everything that helps explain complex products in a way people actually understand.

    What you'll do
Edit videos that hold people's attention. Find the story in the footage, nail the pacing, and make sound and visuals work together.

This isn't just about cutting clips β€” it's about making sure viewers stay till the end and actually get what the product does.

    Who we're looking for

    • Strong visual taste β€” you know the difference between "meh" and "wow"
    • Sound design and color grading skills
    • Solid After Effects knowledge
    • Any editing software works β€” we use Adobe, but great work matters more than the tools
    • English good enough to understand content and work with feedback
    • You understand how YouTube works β€” what keeps people watching

    Nice to have

    • Experience with Figma or Notion
    • You've worked with startups before

    Not a good fit if

    • You need step-by-step instructions for every little thing
    • You rely on flashy effects to hide weak storytelling

    What we offer
Projects with companies you've seen in the news. A team that trusts you to do your thing. Work you'll actually want in your portfolio. And if it clicks β€” full-time down the line.
