Your Tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using .NET and React.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-quality backend and frontend components.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience working with Docker, deployment pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience working for a large, globally recognized product or technology company.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

The core focus of this role is conducting research and analyzing changes in key Amazon business metrics, including sales, sessions, advertising spend, market share, competitor activity, and other relevant performance indicators.

You will also prepare analysis and business scenarios to support the Head of Amazon in making key commercial decisions.

In addition to analytical work, you will be directly involved in executing Amazon-related tasks and will support the Head of Amazon in coordinating agreed growth initiatives across the PPC, Creative, and Account Management teams, ensuring their execution and tracking results.

This is not an administrative role or a traditional Personal Assistant position. We are looking for a strong, structured, hands-on professional who already has a deep understanding of the Amazon business and is ready to gradually take ownership of a larger part of the Amazon growth function.

Key decisions related to pricing, price elasticity, sales contribution margin, and overall commercial strategy will remain the responsibility of the Head of Amazon.

Expected Outcomes

• Establish a systematic approach to monitoring key Amazon business metrics, market share, and competitor activity, and regularly identify significant changes, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality analysis and business scenarios to support the Head of Amazon in making decisions related to pricing, promotions, sales contribution margin, and other growth initiatives.
• Independently manage agreed Amazon-related projects and ensure they are delivered within established timelines.
• Effectively coordinate agreed growth initiatives across the PPC, Creative, and Account Management teams and oversee their execution.
• Within the first 6 months, gradually take independent ownership of selected Amazon growth areas and significantly reduce the amount of operational and analytical work requiring the direct involvement of the Head of Amazon.

Competencies

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Amazon / Seller Central. Experience in consumer electronics or other highly competitive categories is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Amazon metrics and the relationships between revenue, sessions, CVR, organic ranking, PPC, pricing, coupons, promotions, and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency and the ability to quickly work with large datasets, identify patterns, and translate them into clear business insights. Experience building automations and analytical workflows using AI tools is a significant advantage.
• High level of independence and ownership: ability to identify problems or opportunities proactively, propose solutions, and drive tasks through to completion.
• Strong organizational and execution skills: ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Confident working English, with the ability to communicate professionally both in writing and verbally with internal teams and external partners.
