We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Manager to join our product B2C iGaming company operating in the US Sweepstakes market.

The main focus of this role is to identify and investigate fraudulent player activity, review withdrawal/redemption requests, analyze gameplay patterns, and prevent abuse while ensuring legitimate players have a smooth experience.
 

Responsibilities:

• Review withdrawal / redemption requests to identify potential fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity.
• Analyze player gaming sessions and gameplay behavior to identify fraudulent or abnormal patterns.
• Detect and investigate multi-accounting, including connections between accounts based on available player, device, payment, behavioral, and other data.
• Identify suspicious player behavior, bonus abuse, payment-related fraud, and other types of product exploitation.
• Make decisions on approving, rejecting, or requesting additional verification for withdrawals/redemptions according to internal company policies and risk criteria.
• Analyze potentially suspicious gameplay and understand whether player activity may indicate exploitation of specific game or slot mechanics.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Payments, Customer Support, and VIP teams to investigate complex or suspicious cases.
• Collect supporting evidence and document investigation results for internal audits and external reviews.
• Prepare regular reports on identified fraud cases, suspicious activity, investigation results, and fraud trends.
• Participate in KYC/KYB verification procedures and player risk assessment.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases according to internal procedures.
• Identify recurring fraud patterns and provide recommendations for improving existing Anti-Fraud processes and controls.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Anti-Fraud, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Payments Risk, or a similar role, preferably within B2C iGaming / online casino.
• Practical experience with withdrawal/payout verification and investigation of suspicious transactions.
• Experience identifying and investigating multi-accounting and fraudulent player behavior.
• Understanding of KYC/KYB procedures and risk-based customer verification.
• Ability to analyze player activity, transaction history, gaming sessions, and connections between accounts.
• Good understanding of common fraud and abuse scenarios in online casino products.
• Knowledge of slot mechanics and understanding of which mechanics or gameplay patterns may create increased fraud or abuse risks.

Technical Support Engineer

This is a complementary role to our existing Customer Support team, bringing additional technical expertise to our support operations. The Technical Support Engineer provides deep technical investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues. You will be the first technical point of contact for production incidents, investigating software issues, troubleshooting application behaviour, performing configuration changes, and coordinating with Development and DevOps teams to restore service as quickly as possible.

This position is based in Europe and is designed to primarily support our North American operations.

You are the first salesperson in the territory. There is no playbook; you write it with the founder. If you are selling generic development hours against forty identical agencies today, this is the specialised story you have been missing. We expect what an owner brings: you treat the pipeline as your business, you say plainly what is not working, and you build for the long run. The pay and the growth path below are built for that person.

What you sell

Packaged Microsoft consulting with fixed scope and fixed prices:

• Discovery Sprint (1–2 weeks) — the first sale; ends in a fixed quote for the build.
• Implementation Build (4–10 weeks) — Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365.
• Managed Support — a monthly block of senior hours.

What you do

• Build the territory list with the founder from hiring signals, partner networks and our research method.

Who you are

• 3+ years selling IT services (consulting, nearshore, managed services) to Western Europe. You have closed €30k+ deals yourself and can walk us through two.
• Strong business English (we check it on the first video call). Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus, not a requirement.
• Microsoft knowledge, or the curiosity to build it in month one. You will not configure anything; you will talk to people who do.
• Self-managing. Only salesperson, direct line to the founder, nobody in between.

What we offer

Pay, in writing before you sign

• Base $1,700–3,000/month on a freelance basis, invoiced monthly. Base review at month 3–6 for the right person.
• 10% of first-year revenue on deals you source and close, 5% on founder-sourced deals you run. Uncapped. Steps up to 12% / 7% in any quarter above target.
• €1,000 when you close your first package inside the 90-day trial.
• Worked example: 2 Sprints, 1 Build, 1 Managed Support start in a quarter (≈ €45–50k revenue) ≈ €4.5–5k commission on top of base. Realistic first-year OTE €45–60k.

Contract. This is a freelance engagement, not employment. You invoice PowerData Dynamics monthly as an independent contractor (FOP or the equivalent in your country) and remain responsible for your own taxes and social contributions; there is no payroll. For the right person, we are open to converting the engagement into a permanent position once the territory is established.

Learning and tools. A structured first month inside live Discovery Sprints and delivery calls; we pay for the latest Microsoft certifications relevant for sellers, plus study time. You get Dynamics 365 Sales with Copilot for Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a GDPR-compliant contact database, our own MeetConvert, and the latest frontier AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and Microsoft (Copilot) to find clients, research accounts and draft documents. Anything else that earns its cost, we buy.

Time off. 30 days paid holiday plus all Ukrainian public holidays; base continues while you are off.

90-day trial, one goal, agreed on day one: 12 qualified first meetings, 1 Discovery Sprint closed, 1 in proposal.

Growth path, in the contract

1. Month 12, targets met: Head of Netherlands & Nordics, budget to hire your first team member, 3% override on team revenue.
2. You and at least one hire at target for two consecutive quarters: 10% of the territory's profit, paid quarterly, on top of commission and override.

• Production, hands-on experience with at least 2–3 BI platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Grafana, Looker, Superset) — not just "familiarity," but having built dashboards, prepared data models, and administered the tool.

AdShip is a Dutch agency running Google Ads for 34 dropshipping and D2C stores, with around EUR 200,000 in monthly ad spend across the accounts. We are looking for one person to own that delivery. You are being hired to become the person who runs AdShip. The owner does that today and wants to hand it over. Within six to twelve months you own delivery end to end and the title becomes COO.

The job has three parts

• Watch the AI. Most small accounts are optimised by an automated layer that makes changes on its own inside guardrails. You read every run, judge whether the change was right, and tighten the guardrails when it was not.
• Run the big accounts yourself: structure, bidding, budget, scaling.

About the Role
