Game Producer (iGaming)

We are Formula Spin - an ambitious team specializing in the development of slots games. Our mission is to create innovative, engaging, and high-quality games that set new industry standards. We are currently looking for an experienced Game Producer to drive processes and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Create new slot Game Design Document (themes, mechanics, features, trends)
• Analyze market trends and competitors to define product direction
• Own and improve our Promo Module together with tech & product teams
• Manage and coordinate artists, Spine animators, sound designers, math designers, developers, and localization teams
• Ensure game vision, quality, and deadlines across full production

• Maintain product priorities and roadmap

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Game Designer/Game Producer/Product Manager/Product Owner in iGaming
• Strong experience creating GDD's from scratch
• Understanding of slot mechanics, math models, and player engagement psychology
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (art, animation, math, sound, dev, localization)

• Experience driving product strategy and market decisions

   

Language skills: 

English - B1 (Intermediate) or higher.

Ukrainian/Russian - B1 would be a plus
