Junior / Trainee Sales Development Representative

Want to start your career in IT / B2B sales, but don’t have sales experience yet?

We’re looking for a Junior / Trainee SDR with strong English, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

This role can be a good fit for someone who has worked as an English teacher, tutor, translator, has a linguistic background, or simply feels confident writing and communicating in English.

We’re ready to teach you from scratch. What matters most to us is your English, attention to detail, clear communication, and motivation to grow in sales / lead generation.

What you’ll do:

• search for potential clients in international markets
• find relevant companies and decision makers through LinkedIn and other tools
• write personalized messages in English
• work with replies from potential clients
• help book calls for the Sales Manager
• keep lead information updated in the CRM

What we’re looking for:

• English level C1 or higher
• strong written communication in English
• interest in IT, sales, or business development
• attention to detail
• willingness to learn new tools
• ability to handle rejections, as they are a normal part of outbound communication

Nice to have:

• experience as an English teacher or tutor
• experience with translation or writing texts in English
• philology / linguistics background
• basic understanding of LinkedIn, CRM, email outreach, or B2B communication
