Responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction and architecture for the project.
• Act as a hands-on Tech Lead — spend most of your time on core development, complex features, and system design.

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience in software testing, preferably with exposure to embedded systems. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual tests as well as expanding and maintaining our existing automation coverage.

We’re hiring a Product Designer to join our studio and work on an ambitious AI-native SaaS product for the real estate market.

We’re a product design studio, and one of our clients is building the first AI-native operating system for the Dubai real estate market. A platform that orchestrates the entire property deal lifecycle (listings, compliance, sales, rentals, operations) in one AI-driven interface. Think less “another dashboard” and more an agentic workspace where the AI assistant is the primary interface, not a feature bolted on top. The client’s engineering team works AI-first and ships fast, so we need a designer whose process keeps up rather than slows it down.

You’ll work as part of our team with direct access to the client’s founder, engineering, and product. You’ll have the support of our studio behind you, including a design advisor and product strategist from our side. The working language is English.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Taking ownership of the product experience end to end, from the marketing landing page to the core product: role-specific cabinets (workspaces) for brokers, sellers, buyers, tenants and service providers, each adapted to its user.
• Designing complex, multi-persona SaaS flows: listing automation, compliance/KYC, deal and rental workflows, document collaboration, payments.
• Shaping how an agentic AI assistant lives inside the interface, including generative UI, where the assistant renders live results in the conversation.
• Building a design system the engineering team can actually use (tokens, component architecture, states) set up so an AI-first team can ship from it quickly.
• Aligning the landing page, product cabinets and internal tooling into one coherent experience.
• Collaborating directly with the client’s leadership and engineering team as their go-to design person.

What we’re looking for

• Solid product design experience with complex B2B SaaS: dashboards, multi-persona products, data-heavy or workflow-heavy interfaces. This is the core requirement.
• Strong UI craft. You can take a brand direction and turn it into a polished, consistent, “premium” interface across many screens and states. The client cares deeply about design quality.
• Hands-on experience building design systems. You’ve built or significantly contributed to one, and understand tokens, component architecture, and how to set things up so engineering can ship.
• You actively use AI in your design workflow (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma AI plugins, or similar) and have a point of view on how design and AI-first engineering work together. Comfort generating and iterating on screens/flows with AI tooling is a real plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, international startup environment where “70–80% good enough, then iterate” beats endless polish, while still holding a high quality bar.

• Desire to be the main owner of the project. Your role at Other Land goes beyond just design. Our clients and our team look to you as the central figure of the project, delving deep into project specifics, business objectives, user needs, and technical limitations. You will own architecture and delivery end-to-end: clean NestJS backends with real separation of concerns, MongoDB modeled and indexed around actual access patterns, and a Next.js / React front. This is architecture-first work where structure and data modeling are the difference between scaling and rewriting.
