We are looking for experiensed Lawyer to join our team!
 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in international companies or as an in-house lawyer.

- Experience in IT, fintech, payments, consulting, iGaming, or digital business.

- Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, financial, and related areas of law.

- Experience in legal research and analysis of complex legal matters.

- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

- Ability to identify risks and provide practical legal solutions.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken and written).

- Understanding of the payment industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and approving contracts and legal documents.

- Assessing and mitigating legal risks related to company operations.

- Conducting legal research and preparing recommendations for management.

- Assisting with legal issues in different jurisdictions.

- Completing questionnaires, collecting documents, and communicating with partners, regulators, and authorities.

- Working closely with product, tech, compliance, support, and business teams to resolve legal matters and support business.
