About Reblum

Reblum is an AI-powered portrait retouching app built for professional photographers. It helps photographers save time on repetitive retouching while keeping skin texture and natural-looking results. We’re now looking to strengthen our presence in Germany and are looking for a local marketing specialist who understands the photography market and can help us connect with the right audience.
 

What you’ll do
 

• Research the local photography market: customer needs, competitors, trends, and local opportunities.
• Localize and adapt our product, website content, landing pages, promotional materials, and campaigns so they feel native to German photographers.
• Find and work with German photography creators, educators, influencers, and affiliates.
• Build partnerships with photography communities, schools, associations, and relevant industry organizations.
• Conduct customer interviews with professional photographers and turn insights into actionable marketing recommendations.

• Help refine Reblum’s local positioning and marketing strategy. Test acquisition channels and track results to identify growth opportunities.

   

What we’re looking for
 

• Advanced German
• Based in Germany, or deeply connected to the German photography community
• Experience in community building, partnerships, influencer or creator marketing, or content marketing
• A good understanding of professional photography, ideally portrait photography, and of what working photographers need
• Natural relationship-builder: you enjoy reaching out, starting conversations and keeping them going
• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working independently
• Strong written and verbal communication, research and organizational skills

• A data-informed mindset: you like testing ideas and learning from the results

   

Nice to have
 

• Existing connections with German photography creators, educators or professional communities
• Experience working with photographers, photography brands, creative software or creator-focused products
• Experience with affiliate programs and/or digital products
• You shoot yourself, professionally or as a serious hobby
