About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist for a full-time job to join our team.


Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a data scientist
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another related field.
- Experience in using Python & SQL
- Experience with Airflow and GCP
- Experience with Git & CI/CD
- Upper Intermediate English — written and spoken
- Ability to design creative solutions for complex requirements
- Ability to learn and lead projects independently, and to work with minimal supervision with customers (tech & business)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research, including defining research problems, creating research plans, designing experiments, developing algorithms, implementing code, and performing comprehensive comparisons against existing benchmarks;
- Clearly communicate your research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work on various data sources and apply sophisticated feature engineering capabilities

As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring software aligns with requirements.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements;
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements;
• Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities;
• Work closely with developers, QA team, and other BAs to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• At least intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements;
• Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and easy ones, build the correct connections between them, and the ability to describe the algorithm for developers;
• Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or others;
• Experience in integrating with third-party systems (API, files exchange);
• Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, any raster graphic editor;
• Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML);
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to model processes and data on UML diagrams;
• High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
