What you will do

• Systematically develop high-performing creatives for Meta to drive user acquisition
• Conduct creative and competitive research, analyzing market trends, best practices, and audience behavior
• Formulate and prioritize creative hypotheses based on performance data and previous test results
• Develop concepts for performance campaigns, including video scripts, static designs, hooks, and messaging
• Prepare structured briefs for designers and production teams, overseeing the process from concept to final delivery
• Analyze test results (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS) and initiate iterations for successful assets
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creative output

What we are looking for

• 6+ months of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Tier1 markets;
• Understanding of Paid Social (Meta) dynamics: formats, hooks, messaging, and platform specifics;
• Ability to analyze key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and conduct competitive research;
• Copywriting skills and knowing how to transform ideas into catchy headlines;
• English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher.

We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager from a competing iGaming company who has an active portfolio of High Roller players and is capable of successfully transferring key VIP clients to our platform while maintaining or increasing NGR.

Please note: Candidates without a personal VIP player portfolio will not be considered. An established network of active High Rollers is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Transfer your personal portfolio of VIP/High Roller players to our platform within the agreed timeframe (typically 1–3 months).
• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and provide exceptional 24/7 personalised support.
• Achieve NGR targets, maintain churn below target levels, and reactivate dormant High Roller players.
• Create and manage personalised offers, cashback, bonuses, free bets, gifts, and exclusive events.
• Communicate with VIP clients via messengers, calls, and meetings when required.
• Monitor player activity, key performance metrics, and identify suspicious behaviour when necessary.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of VIP service.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in iGaming, specifically within the VIP/High Roller segment of an online casino or sportsbook.
• A personal portfolio of at least 5–10 active High Roller players with proven monthly deposits ranging approximately from $50,000 to $200,000+.
• Ability and willingness to transfer clients to our platform during the first 1–3 months.
• Strong understanding of GGR, NGR, LTV, Churn Rate, bonus calculations, cashback structures, and personalised reward programs.
• Experience working with casino back-office systems, CRM platforms, and messaging applications.

We are looking for a Mobile UI/UX Designer with commercial experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The main focus of this role is designing mobile applications, specifically utility apps. You will work closely with the product and development teams and be involved in the full design cycle.

We are looking for an RBO Solution Architect who will drive the architecture and continuous evolution of the Bank's Remote Banking (RBO) platform. The primary goal of this role is to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions that align business needs with enterprise architecture principles. You will ensure architectural consistency, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence while enabling the delivery of reliable digital banking services and supporting the platform's long-term modernization.

Your future responsibilities:

• Primary contact for the business on technical and architectural questions
• Build and maintain the Software Architecture Document (SAD) with both business and technical architecture
• Collaborate with business analysts for requirements gathering, risk assessment, and ensuring alignment of solution architecture with business strategy

We are looking for a Data Architect who will participate in the formation and development of Data Governance across the entire Bank. The main goal is to design and implement a comprehensive data architecture for the bank that ensures data quality, accessibility, security, and traceability (lineage) to support the Data Governance strategy, which ensures data consistency, business decision support, regulatory compliance, and maximization of data value as a strategic asset

Your future responsibilities:

• Designing target architecture: developing data models and requirements for their description
• Building data flow maps from source systems to reporting to ensure complete transparency of data origin

• Use metadata repositories to perform data and system integration impact analysis
• Participate in defining data exchange principles (ETL/ELT, Kafka, REST API) with a focus on data integrity

Your future responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the product development process.

Main Responsibilities

• Own traffic acquisition end-to-end: launch and run SEO and/or PPC as a hands-on practitioner
• Set channel/market priorities, own and allocate a monthly budget in the $50–100K range
• Build and hire a small marketing team (starting ~5 people, with access to 20+ marketers company-wide)
• Set up analytics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin)
