Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and structured HR Manager who can take ownership of recruitment, support managers and employees, and help improve HR processes in a remote international team.

The role will focus mainly on one of our product / technology projects, with close cooperation with hiring managers, finance, and company leadership. We need a person who brings structure, clear communication, and practical improvements to HR and recruitment processes.

Location and Cooperation Format

The role is fully remote. We are especially interested in Ukrainian HR professionals who understand the Ukrainian IT market and contractor / FOP cooperation model. Candidates based outside Ukraine, especially in the EU, the U.S., or other stable locations, are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, product, operational, and business roles.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify requirements, candidate profiles, salary ranges, and hiring priorities.
• Prepare job descriptions, source candidates through relevant job boards and online platforms, including international channels, and build candidate pipelines.

• Understanding of the Ukrainian IT market and contractor / FOP cooperation model.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready computer vision algorithms for image and video analysis in GIS-related applications
- Build end-to-end perception pipelines – data collection, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring
- Integrate CV components into operational products in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
- Optimize algorithms for performance, reliability, and scalability in real-time and resource-constrained environments
- Develop and deploy Visual Place Recognition (VPR) systems for geo-localization and scene understanding tasks
- Implement and optimize CV algorithms on embedded and hardware-accelerated platforms, ensuring stable and efficient inference at the edge
- Process and analyze large-scale datasets for model training, validation, and continuous improvement
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across computer vision applications in production
- Contribute to internal research, exploring emerging techniques in image synthesis, manipulation, and applied ML.

Requirements:
- Expert-level Python – this is our primary engineering language. You must be comfortable writing clean, efficient, production-quality Python code
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision and applied machine learning
- Deep working knowledge of core CV and ML libraries: OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related tooling
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and model development workflows end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with Visual Place Recognition (VPR) algorithms and techniques, including descriptor-based retrieval, sequence matching, and localization under varying conditions
- Proven ability to port, optimize, and run CV/ML models on embedded devices and edge hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms)
- Proven experience with image processing, model training, and evaluation methodologies
- Ability to translate research into reliable engineering outputs with minimal supervision
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field – or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication in a cross-cultural, fast-moving team.

Would be a plus:
- Experience with graphics APIs: OpenGL, OpenGLES, or Direct3D
- Background in graphical algorithms, 3D rendering, or computational geometry
- Familiarity with embedded systems or hardware-accelerated proces

Delivery Director (Software Delivery & Application Development)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager / Delivery Director to join our leadership team and drive end-to-end execution of complex software delivery initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery leadership - the ability to define delivery standards at scale while ensuring teams execute successfully across timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, PMO, and Account Management teams to ensure consistent delivery performance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a full member of the management team, contributing to delivery strategy and execution planning
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of application development initiatives within an Agile environment
• Drive delivery excellence by implementing and improving delivery processes, standards, and governance frameworks
• Ensure delivery consistency through strong collaboration with Product, Account Management, and PMO teams
• Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, including dependencies, risks, scope, and resource constraints
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Carriers, Vendors, Partners)
• Communicate delivery status, risks, decisions, and mitigation plans to executive leadership
• Establish and track delivery KPIs and metrics (timelines, velocity, predictability, quality, incident trends, etc.)
• Lead resolution of critical production incidents and drive post-incident improvements and mitigation planning
• Support organizational growth through delivery maturity improvements and scaling best practices
• Drive change management initiatives, helping teams adopt new processes, tools, and operating models

• Promote adoption of AI-powered delivery practices (delivery analytics, automation, AI-assisted planning/reporting) and support AI-related product initiatives where relevant

   

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Delivery Director, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong technical background (Developer / BA / QA / Technical Lead experience preferred)
• Proven experience across the SDLC (application development, delivery, deployment, release management)
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Experience managing complex cross-functional and distributed teams
• Experience working with multi-national teams across multiple time zones
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure processes and delivery governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse priorities
• Strong communication, escalation management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver under pressure
• Demonstrated leadership in high-stakes delivery and incident environments

• Experience leading or supporting organizational change management initiatives
